SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.

SASSA might be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it's alarmed concerning the superior variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's sassa no fully functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The provider issue developed for intervention ordeals a higher influx of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for that Workplace to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to enable the servicing of all buyers and maximize access to Social Assistance providers,” the agency click here said.
